Fire Brigade

Background
The Fire Brigade Shrine Club was chartered in 2001. Our Club is a great way to stay connected and involved with Shriners and to participate in parades without joining a Unit. Our Club parades on our antique 1962 fire truck and we always attract attention from both children and adults.

Requirements
Membership in the Fire Brigade Shrine Club is available to any member of Moslem Shrine Temple that is in good standing. There are no other requirements.

Approximate Cost
There is a $10.00 initiation fee that includes the first year’s dues. Annual dues are $10.00 after the first. A lifetime membership can be purchased for $100.00.

Probationary Period
There is no probationary period.

Meetings
Our Clubs meets the first Monday of every month, except July and August, at 7:00 PM for a business meeting and fellowship in the Americans Unit Room at the Shrine Auditorium and Conference Center.

Activities
Our Club has numerous activities planned throughout the year. We participate in many parades at various Michigan cities in the spring, summer, and fall. We ride on our 1962 antique fire truck. After most parades, we get together for food, beverages, and fellowship. In July, we participate in the annual Moslem Shrine Temple summer picnic. To raise money for Shriners Hospitals for Children, we participate in various car shows throughout the summer. If you see us at car show, please stop by and say hello.
